Qualified Nursing Specialist HF/FH – Focus Psychiatry 50–70% (a)

Your tasks

• Independent execution of the entire nursing process and provision of care to the client
• Conducting needs assessment using the interRai-CMH instrument
• Supporting clients with psychiatric illnesses at their homes and practising everyday practical skills
• Building a trusting and sustainable relationship with clients
• Promoting and enabling independence, autonomy, stability and quality of life

What you bring

• Diploma in Nursing HF/FH or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in psychiatry
• Driving licence category B
• Independent, reflective and resilient personality
• Enjoyment of relationship work and networked thinking
• Empathy, team spirit and willingness to take responsibility
