What you will achieve

• As the first point of contact for employees and managers, you ensure advice, support, and training in the area of the time management tool MAPS
• You independently manage and coordinate social insurance-related matters in the areas of accident, illness, family allowances, and compensation and act as the central contact person for internal and external stakeholders
• You plan and conduct training sessions and courses for groups of up to 40 participants and accompany them professionally and practically
• You optimise existing HR processes and continuously develop them further

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or further training
• Specialisation: in the social insurance sector
• Professional experience: Experience in the social insurance sector
• You are a reliable, committed, and eager-to-learn personality with an independent and structured way of working
• Systemic thinking, a strong quality awareness, and the ability to keep an overview even in hectic situations are among your strengths
• You confidently present in front of groups and know how to convey content clearly, target-group appropriately, and practically
• Customer and service orientation come naturally to you: You recognise needs, advise competently, and find pragmatic solutions
• German (B1)
