To strengthen our management structure, we are immediately seeking a

Operational Manager in Patient Transport – Zurich North/East Region

Together with the Operational Manager and the leadership personnel from other regions, you and your team will ensure a high-quality service for our partners and patients.

As an Operational Manager...

• you will take on the personnel management of all employees in your region and ensure the implementation of guidelines during operations and at the assigned stations
• you will personally care for patients during transport, delivering a high-quality and people-centred service
• you will foster a positive team spirit and uphold our values
• you will organise, lead and document medically demanding patient transports (stable patients) on behalf of the emergency call centre 144 or hospitals, care homes and clinics
• you will ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the existing infrastructure

Requirements:

A qualification as a certified transport paramedic (FA) or as a diploma-level paramedic (HF) is required. Leadership experience in a similar role is advantageous.

You are resilient, interested, flexible, act professionally and adhere to the currently valid processes for patient transport services. Thanks to your high level of self- and social competence and your expertise, you can inspire employees and, together with transport assistants, provide patients with a professional, situation-appropriate service. You enjoy shift work and are also happy to undertake transports for repatriations from abroad.
