Operational Manager in Patient Transport – Zurich North/East Region

As Operational Manager...

• you will take personnel responsibility for all employees in a region and ensure the implementation of directives during operations and at the assigned stations
• you will personally care for patients during transport, delivering a high-quality and people-centred service
• you will foster a positive team spirit and uphold our values
• you will organise, lead and document medically demanding patient transports (stable patients) on behalf of the emergency call centre 144 or hospitals, care homes and clinics
• you will carry out vehicle and equipment inspections to ensure quality assurance
• you will keep vehicles, equipment and stations clean

Requirements:

You hold a qualification as a Transport Paramedic FA or as a Dipl. Paramedic HF and have leadership experience in a similar role.

You are resilient, interested, flexible, act professionally and adhere to the currently valid processes for patient transport services. Thanks to your high self- and social competence and your expertise, you can inspire employees and, together with transport assistants, provide patients with a professional service tailored to the respective situation. You enjoy shift work and are also happy to undertake transports for repatriations from abroad.
