Responsibilities
- Coordination of the Löwenstrasse residential group
- Combination of support and leadership tasks
- Staff management with promotion of junior staff and guidance of apprentices
- Commitment to the coordination of housing and circle organisation of the Lukashaus Foundation
- Budget planning and control for the Löwenstrasse residential group
- Support and care of residents in the residential group as well as assistance and guidance in all practical life areas
Profile
- Committed professional with strong team and communication skills
- Completed training in the educational or nursing field (FaBe, social pedagogy, HF nursing specialist, or similar)
- Leadership experience
- Proactive and dedicated
- Confident handling of MS Office products
