To strengthen our team, we are looking for a flexible and proactive individual as
Administrator Property Management & Secretariat 40% (preferably Tue/Wed or Wed/Thu)
Your tasks – varied and responsible
- You welcome our customers in a friendly and professional manner and ensure competent handling of our telephone switchboard.
- You process telephone and written enquiries from owners, tenants, and craftsmen, ensuring reliable and service-oriented communication.
- You coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and ensure careful digitisation and filing of documents.
- You actively support our property managers in the care and administration of the property portfolios. This includes issuing repair orders as well as preparing rental contracts, addenda, and agreements.
- You ensure the needs-based management and procurement of office supplies as well as the readiness of meeting and break rooms.
Your profile – structured and service-oriented
- You have completed a course as a property administrator, a course as a career changer assistant in property management, or have a comparable education or professional experience in the real estate sector, fiduciary services, or property management.
- You impress with your strong customer and service orientation, communicate confidently and amicably, and enjoy working in a team.
- You work in a structured, precise, and independent manner and keep an overview even in hectic situations.
- You have confident German language skills and good English skills, both spoken and written.
- You are proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Rimo R5 is an advantage.
