What you can achieve

You plan, coordinate, and implement measures to acquire and retain members and supporters – with a focus on direct mailings and door-to-door campaigns

You monitor and analyze fundraising campaigns, design tests, and develop optimization measures

You maintain our fundraising database, handle telephone and written correspondence with donors, and ensure a personal and professional donation service

You build up digital fundraising and develop target group-oriented donor journeys

You accompany the medium-term introduction of the new CRM solution Salesforce

You keep up with current developments in fundraising and specifically bring new impulses into your work

Your personality

You appreciate the combination of analytical thinking, creativity, and interpersonal communication that fundraising entails. You are committed, proactive, and bring strong communication skills and joy in direct and personal contact with people. Ideally, you know the Aargau region because you live or grew up here.

What you bring

Education or training in fundraising, communication, or marketing

Initial professional experience in fundraising, especially in direct mailing and database management

Confident German language skills and a donation-centered, creative, precise writing style

Independent, structured, and results-oriented work
