You maintain existing networks and develop new contacts with foundations, companies, authorities, and private sponsors. Interest in culture, music, theater, architecture, and sustainable development
Experience in fundraising or communication, preferably in the cultural sector
Open demeanor combined with the ability to build and maintain sustainable relationships
Linguistic proficiency in German and English (additional languages welcome)

Ability to quickly grasp complex content and convey it convincingly
