You are responsible for various weekly payroll runs and are the first point of contact for questions from employees and customers regarding salary and social insurance, which you handle in German and Italian. After your induction, you will work independently within a lively, competent team. Our client is a consulting and service company that dominates the market and continually sets new standards.

Your Challenge

• Payroll processing (monthly and hourly wage earners)
• Point of contact for questions regarding payroll, social benefits, etc.
• Support for relevant system-related queries
• Creation of reports
• Deputising for colleagues
• Various additional tasks possible

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training (commercial or business school), practical experience
• Professional experience in payroll (mandatory); monthly and hourly wage earners
• Completed/ongoing further training in payroll and social insurance
• German / Italian (intermediate to fluent communication; independent intermediate correspondence); English (basic to intermediate communication, simple correspondence independently)
• MS Office (standard user skills); IT affinity
• Independence, team player
• Resilience, service orientation
