WHAT AWAITS YOU?

• Partial planning of service assignments for our 25 service technicians across Switzerland
• Receiving and coordinating customer orders regarding maintenance and repair via phone and email
• Prioritising customer orders in collaboration with the service technicians
• Creating service orders for the technicians
• Analysing and evaluating the various maintenance models
• Ensuring the correct billing of service orders
• Maintaining the maintenance contracts

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING?

• Technical basic training with further education in the commercial field or commercial basic training with an affinity for technology
• Professional experience in a comparable position
• Good German and French skills (B1-B2); English skills are an advantage
• Solution- and service-oriented mindset
• Good IT user skills (MS Office, SAP)
