Sales Consultant (100%)

Your tasks

• Customer focus: Care and strategic expansion of customer relationships in the German-speaking part of Switzerland.
• Sales: Contemporary sales – digital efficiency in internal sales and strong customer loyalty on site in external sales as well as acquisition of new customers.
• Administration: Complete order processing from quotation preparation through entry to deadline control.
• Support: Competent advice and telephone customer support for innovative system solutions.
• Marketing: Participation in the implementation of marketing and sales promotion activities.
• Assistance: Administrative and organisational support of the sales management.

Your profile

• Basis: Completed vocational training and enthusiasm for technical products.
• Experience: Solid sales experience, ideally in the "green sector", in building supplies or garden centres.
• Communication: Business fluent German as well as very good French skills in spoken and written form.
• IT skills: Confident handling of MS Office.
• Personality: Customer-oriented demeanour, an independent, structured way of working as well as resilience.
• Mobility: Valid driving licence (Cat. B).
