You ensure the proper operation and maintenance of all municipally owned buildings, facilities, and properties. This includes, among other things, planning, initiating, and coordinating maintenance and repair work as well as managing small to medium-sized construction/maintenance projects. In addition, you ensure schedule and budget control, manage and optimize our maintenance/service contracts, and monitor safety-relevant certifications. You conduct construction and work inspections as well as quality controls. Caring for and further developing our locking/access systems and maintaining building data and conditions are also part of your diverse range of tasks.

You have completed a technical or craft vocational training and hold a category B driving license. Your several years of experience in real estate maintenance or construction, your good IT user skills, and your independent, structured way of working help you in everyday life. A communicative, service-oriented, and professional demeanor in contact with internal and external parties is natural for you. Your confidence in written expression when drafting texts is also important. Are you a committed and proactive personality who enjoys teamwork and taking on responsibility?
