Introduction

PatrickPfisterPartner AG is looking for a committed and meticulous individual as an architectural draftsperson. In this role, you will contribute to diverse construction projects in the canton of Zurich and support our team in the planning implementation of demanding projects.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Creating and editing project, execution, and detail plans in building construction
• Translating design ideas into precise and structurally well-considered planning documents
• Creating 3D models and plans using ArchiCAD
• Supporting project and construction management in all planning phases
• Coordinating specialist planners and internal project participants
• Checking and updating planning documents as well as creating plan revisions
• Assisting with building submissions, execution, and detail planning

Qualifications

• Completed training as a draftsperson EFZ specialising in architecture or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the Swiss construction industry is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of CAD, ideally ArchiCAD, as well as Word and Excel
• Good understanding of construction, materials, and building regulations
• Spatial imagination as well as a precise and structured way of working
• Team spirit, initiative, and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
