Your tasks

• You ensure a smooth daily routine.
• You are the contact person for our customers.
• You organise the appointment scheduling, customer care, and studio operations.
• You conduct personal nutrition, health, and goal discussions with our customers.
• You professionally accompany our customers on their path to weight reduction, greater well-being, and a more active lifestyle.
• After thorough training, you carry out our bodyforming, metabolism, and wellness treatments.
• You advise interested parties and convincingly present our concept.
• You conduct sales talks, create suitable offers, and accompany interested parties until completion.
• You take care of new customer acquisition, customer retention, and further development of the customer base.
• You ensure high service quality and make sure our customers always feel professionally and warmly cared for.
• You take on administrative tasks and support the planning of promotions and marketing measures.
• You actively contribute to the studio's revenue and target achievement.

What you bring with you

• Ideally training as a nutrition consultant, exercise educator, experience in weight management/weight loss coaching, beautician or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in customer consulting, sales and/or studio management is an advantage.
• Enthusiasm for the topics of nutrition, exercise, health, weight loss, and bodyforming.
• You enjoy motivating people and accompanying them long-term.
• You are communicative, confident, and present yourself professionally and sympathetically.
• You can inspire customers for our concept and are not afraid of sales talks.
• You work independently, structured, and solution-oriented.
• You like taking responsibility and can motivate and lead a small team.
• Very good German skills; Swiss German is an advantage.
• A V-NISSG certificate of competence is an advantage or the willingness to obtain it.
