YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Design, implementation, and operation of the enterprise IAM platform based on One Identity Manager in hybrid IT environments (on-premises & cloud)
Implementation and further development of identity lifecycle processes such as joiner/mover/leaver, provisioning, de-provisioning, role management, and access reviews
Development and automation of IAM processes using PowerShell, SQL as well as One Identity Manager scripting & customising
Integration of target systems such as Active Directory, Entra ID, HR systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors), cloud platforms, and business applications
Ensuring stability, performance, security, and compliance of the IAM platform including monitoring, patch, and release management
Supporting audits as well as creating and maintaining technical documentation, operational processes, and architectural documents

YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Completed studies in computer science, information technology, or comparable qualification
Several years of practical experience with IAM solutions in an enterprise environment, ideally One Identity Manager
Very good understanding of IAM concepts such as RBAC, ABAC, SSO, MFA, identity lifecycle management, and access governance
Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, Entra ID / Azure AD as well as hybrid IT and cloud environments
Good knowledge of PowerShell, SQL and ideally OneIM scripting and customising
Structured, analytical, and service-oriented working style as well as strong communication and teamwork skills in international environments
