movemi AG is the leading company in the Swiss fitness industry. For our fitness park, we are looking for energetic support in the area of administration/reception. Become part of a holistic and successful training philosophy: fitness combined with offers for relaxation and nutrition.

What you will achieve

• You advise and assist our guests at reception and on the phone
• You operate the cash register and are responsible for cash closings
• You actively sell our entire range of services (single entries, memberships, bodymind consultations, private spa, sales items, etc.)
• You maintain membership changes in our system, arrange appointments and book reservations
• You are responsible for recording fault reports
• You handle customer enquiries by email and work with the administration team

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or further training
• Field: In the service sector (e.g. tourism, hospitality)
• Professional experience: 1 - 3 years experience in a comparable role
• You have a customer-oriented working style with above-average service commitment
• You bring a high level of initiative, reliability and great sense of responsibility
• You have good IT skills
• You have a high degree of flexibility regarding shift planning (7-day shift operation, evening, weekend and public holiday shifts)
• You are willing to take on short-term cover in case of illness or holidays
• German (B1)
• English (A2)
