For our client, we are looking for an upbeat and resilient personality in the Olten area for the role of Internal Sales Clerk 80% - 100% (a)
Your tasks
- Processing customer orders from quotation to invoicing
- Handling complaints as well as master data changes in the ERP system
- Telephone support and advice to customers in German and French
- General administrative tasks complete your area of responsibility
Your profile
- Completed commercial basic training
- Experience in internal sales
- Quick comprehension, committed way of thinking and acting
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Confident German, plus very good knowledge of French
