YOUR TASKS
- You are the contact person for our customers across all channels
- You support them by phone and conduct advisory discussions, take
- orders or respond to complaints (solution-oriented)
- You handle correspondence or email processing in various languages
YOUR PROFILE
- You speak Swiss German and French or Italian (mandatory)
- You are resilient, open and communicative
- You have good basic PC skills
- You work with commitment, are flexible and customer-oriented
- You are motivated to familiarise yourself with a new area
