Are you an experienced HR professional who enjoys hands-on operational work and taking responsibility? Then this could be your next challenge.

For a client of Go4HR – the specialist for HR professionals and executives, we are looking for a skilled HR expert with immediate effect. The position is immediate start, with the option of permanent employment, 80 to 100%, perfect for a first interim assignment. Also possible as a temporary income.

Your responsibilities

• You lead and develop the HR team both professionally and disciplinarily
• You advise employees and managers on HR and labour law matters
• You ensure professional HR administration from onboarding to offboarding
• You coordinate recruitments as well as entries and exits
• You are responsible for the interface with the external payroll service provider
• You prepare HR reports, statistics and key figures
• You optimise and digitalise HR processes
• You ensure compliance with legal and data protection requirements

What we expect from you

• Several years of experience in operational HR and ideally in a leadership role
• Very good German and French language skills
• Strongly operational, not just strategic
• Good knowledge of Swiss labour law and social security
• Confident use of Microsoft 365, especially Excel and Word
• Experience with HR and ERP systems, ideally SAP
• An independent, structured and resilient working style
• A confident manner, assertiveness and a strong service orientation
