Your main activities
You ensure the implementation of the monitoring of our products that use our in-house MOOS system. In this context, as the leader of the MOOS Product Care team, you guarantee the reliability of our installed products and lines. As such, you are involved in the following actions:
- Ensure the operational leadership of the MOOS Product Care team.
- Prioritise and coordinate support and maintenance activities.
- Guarantee the rapid and effective resolution of incidents and bugs.
- Organise the deployment of new versions.
- Monitor internal key users and collect field feedback.
- Participate in reviews of critical processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Track KPIs (resolution time, quality, product stability).
- Manage development activities related to mechanical products.
- Implement continuous improvements on support and processes.
Your profile
- Higher education degree (HES) or equivalent training, focused on industrial programming engineering
- Proven mastery of C++ and/or C# programming with at least 5 years of experience
- At least 2 years of experience in technical and human leadership
- Experience in an industrial environment, particularly in machine manufacturing
- Experience as a Scrum Master (PSM/CSM certification is an asset)
- Very good knowledge of French, good knowledge of English (and German is an asset)
- Creativity and disruptiveness-oriented mindset
- Results-oriented vision and customer focus
- Ability to manage priorities and unite a team
- Excellent communication with technical profiles, key users and management
