Our modern logistics centre with around 180 employees ensures that the branches and our online customers are supplied with goods daily. Thanks to efficient and cost-effective logistics, we can offer our customers an optimal range.

To strengthen our logistics centre, we are looking for YOU as an employee for goods receipt ramp.

In this role, you ensure a timely, correct and safe physical goods receipt. In assigned groups of three, you unload and inspect goods at the ramp or in the container, direct the goods further and professionally handle discrepancies and rework orders.

Your area of responsibility:

• You safely and professionally unload containers, lorries as well as courier, express and postal shipments
• You check seals, loads, number of cartons and condition of goods and document discrepancies on freight documents
• Conduct detailed and quantity checks based on order, relabelling, article, price, assortment and sample withdrawals
• You operate CRDO/TTO and the conveyor system and direct the goods to the designated areas
• Together with the inbound control centre, you perform WMS goods receipt bookings and storage label printing
• You sort goods correctly for warehouse logistics, pair picking, bulk storage, goods issue or cross-docking and prepare them
• You carry out goods receipt rework professionally, repack goods, package and label them and report discrepancies
• Depending on your experience and suitability, there is the possibility to additionally deputise for the team leader and support them in coordinating and organising daily operations

Our requirements:

• Ideally, you have a basic qualification EFZ/EBA, preferably in logistics
• Initial experience in warehousing, goods receipt or goods inspection will facilitate your start
• A forklift licence or willingness to obtain one is a plus
• You have good German skills for flawless communication with internal and external parties
• You are a motivated and reliable person who is physically resilient
• You enjoy working in a team and have a swift but careful working style
