Your Tasks

• You love your craft and enjoy demonstrating it daily through the production of high-quality croissants, sweet pastries and snacks
• Production and processing of laminated doughs
  
• Responsible for ensuring our quality standards and HACCP guidelines
• Responsible for the precise adherence to recipes, completion of products and for preparation and distribution within the company
• You work hand in hand with your team
• Work and holiday planning for your team of 2-3 employees

Your Qualifications

• Training as a baker/confectioner with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
• Precise and independent working style
  
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for new ideas
