What is the Acherli residential home?
The Acherli offers a home to people with a psychological and/or cognitive impairment. As a team, we support the residents in achieving their goals and wishes, meeting each other at eye level, and support for self-determination and participation are central at Acherli.
What does your work look like?
- You work in a reliable and motivated team of three in a residential group with seven residents in House B.
- Your area of responsibility includes living and leisure activities.
- You accompany 3 residents in the key worker system.
- You support the residents in representing their interests to their environment.
- You work interdisciplinarily. The network includes relatives, employers, legal guardians, psychiatrists, and other professionals.
What should you bring with you?
- You have training in social pedagogy or social work HF/FH.
- You are proactive and enjoy organizing.
- You are resilient, open, humorous, and reliable.
- You appreciate working in a small team as well as having sole responsibility in daily group life.
- You are willing to work evening, on-call, and weekend shifts.
