Deputy Residential Area Manager Dementia Department (m/f) 80-100%

• You will professionally and personally lead about 20 employees as a deputy and ensure the care processes in collaboration with the residential area manager of your department
• You lead by example every day and motivate your team to top performance
• Based on the care concept, you coordinate and organize the daily care
• You ensure the flow of information to the residents, their relatives, and the care team
• You provide professional, individual, and empathetic care, support, and nursing for about 40 residents
• You manage the documentation and implement it according to RAI guidelines
• You plan and control the RAI NH assessment and classifications

• Completed professional training as a nursing specialist (FAGE, FH, HF, DNII, AKP, Psych. KP)
• Direct experience with dementia
• Leadership experience and corresponding management training or willingness to complete one
• Experience in long-term care
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Professional, social, and leadership competence
• Resilience and very good organizational skills
• RAI supervisor or willingness to complete training
