Would you like to take responsibility, sustainably develop procurement processes and work closely as a business partner with our plants, locations and support functions? Then you are exactly right with us. As a Purchaser Services & CAPEX, you take on a key role in the procurement of services and accompany investment projects from tendering to successful implementation.
- You are responsible for defined non-cement procurement categories and companies.
- The planning and execution of tenders and award procedures via SAP Ariba are in your hands.
- You negotiate service, maintenance and framework contracts with suppliers and create sustainable procurement solutions.
- You independently and successfully conduct price and contract negotiations for spot-buy orders outside existing framework agreements.
- You support and accompany CAPEX projects up to CHF 150,000 and ensure professional procurement processing.
- Analysing and reducing maverick buying as well as strengthening purchasing compliance are part of your responsibilities.
- You implement defined savings targets and continuously identify optimisation potentials along the procurement processes.
- As a competent contact person, you advise and train internal stakeholders in procurement processes and purchasing guidelines.
This is how you get involved with us
- You have a commercial or technical basic education with further training in purchasing, for example as a purchasing specialist, CAS/DAS purchasing or comparable.
- You have gained several years of experience in strategic and operational purchasing, ideally in an industrial environment.
- You are very familiar with conducting tenders and award procedures, preferably with SAP Ariba.
- You have sound knowledge in negotiating service, maintenance and framework contracts.
- You bring experience in supporting investment or CAPEX projects.
- You are confident in using SAP, MS Office and digital procurement processes.
- Very good German skills are required. French and/or English skills are advantageous for collaboration.
- You think analytically, work in a structured and independent manner and have a strong affinity for numbers.
- With your service and customer orientation, negotiation skills as well as your communicative and team-oriented manner, you convince different stakeholders and successfully advance joint solutions.
