The restaurant L'ARTISAN of the MGallery Hotel is looking for its Sous Chef at 100%
Ideally located in the heart of the city, just steps from Lake Geneva and the business district.
Our restaurant L’ARTISAN offers a creative and generous seasonal menu, a modern cuisine where local products are highlighted in their authenticity (Homemade label).
40 seats + 40 seats on the terrace.
You have a highly developed sense of service and team spirit. You are motivated, dynamic, available, flexible, autonomous and keen to offer our customers a high level of service every day, come join our team.
Your future tasks:
Essential experience in a gourmet restaurant or 4-5 star hotel.
Responsible for culinary preparations, you coordinate the distribution of tasks assigned to your team and ensure the smooth running of activities within the allotted time.
Supervise and participate in the preparation of dishes while respecting quality standards.
Manage the team’s work.
Control the application of hygiene and food safety standards.
Ensure stock optimisation and waste reduction.
Participate in the development of the menu and the implementation of recipes.
You act as the link between the kitchens and the dining room, as well as with the rest of the hotel.
