About the job
Your area of responsibility
- With a structured and efficient way of working, you ensure that operational tasks in the areas of administrative costs, accounts payable and master data are completed reliably and on time.
- You take on tasks in the monthly, half-year and annual financial statements and actively participate in the booking and reporting of pension obligations according to IAS19.
- You analyse existing processes and data, identify potential improvements and specifically develop reconciliations and reporting further.
- You actively contribute to the optimisation and further development of accounting processes and provide impulses for more efficiency, quality and automation.
- You actively shape changes and drive data- and AI-supported developments, especially in the SAP S/4HANA environment.
- The preparation of the annual financial statements of two independent foundations including the management report as well as the coordination with the auditors and the regulatory reporting to the BAG are within your area of responsibility.
Your strengths
- Your strength is a solid accounting understanding, ideally with a professional certificate in finance and accounting and good knowledge of Swiss VAT. In addition, you have good knowledge of SAP FI (ideally S/4HANA) and are confident in using MS Office.
- Collaboration across team boundaries is a matter of course for you.
- You actively embrace change, question existing ways of working and drive improvements with your own initiative.
- You contribute new ideas and use topics such as automation and AI specifically to make processes more efficient and future-proof.
- Networked thinking enables you to understand data flows and continuously develop structures, processes and results.
- You communicate confidently and appropriately in German and English and move confidently in exchange with different stakeholders.
