Your new tasks

End-to-end responsibility for the Agentic AI transformation in customer service
Definition of the target architecture for agents, automation, and human handover
Technical leadership of all AI use cases along the customer journey

Close management of the BSI program including cloud upgrade, modules, integrations
Translation of business goals into AI-capable processes and data models
Sparring partner for COO, IT, external partners, and consulting firms
Ensuring governance, scalability, quality, and compliance
