Back Office Employee (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Support of the helpdesk (recording, processing and monitoring of tickets/orders) for our customer at Zurich Airport
• Creation, processing and accounting of invoices
• Preparation of offers and contract adjustments for the customer
• Creation and management of object budgets in cooperation with the customer
• Participation and recording of the minutes of regular customer meetings
• General building management tasks (object documentation, property administration, etc.)
• Support and coordination of suppliers
• General administrative tasks such as office material orders or similar
• Office supplies
• Support of our site manager in various coordination tasks

Your Profile

• Completed training in the commercial sector or hospitality, knowledge in facility management is an advantage
• Professional experience in a similar field (airport business) is highly advantageous
• Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage
• Very high flexibility, openness to new things and short-term changes are a must
• High service orientation, common sense and a healthy sense of humour
• Discretion and impeccable reputation are required
• More than 5 years residence in Switzerland
