Operations Manager "Restaurant Schützenmatt"

• Overall responsibility for the operational and business management of the training restaurant "Schützenmatt"
• Professional and personnel management of five directly reporting employees as well as responsibility for and promotion of the participants in the labour integration project including the qualification programme
• Responsibility for personnel and deployment planning as well as active participation in service
• Further development of the establishment and active networking within the hospitality sector of the canton of Uri
• Close cooperation with the canton of Uri and the SRC Asylum and Refugee Service Uri
• Preparation, control and monitoring of the budget within the specified financial guidelines
• Maintenance and further development of sustainable business relationships with suppliers, partners and other stakeholders
• Coordination and administration of reservations for the holiday apartments belonging to the establishment

• Completed training in gastronomy or hotel management as well as at least G1 certificate and trainer course completed
• Professional and leadership experience in a comparable position as well as experience in independently managing a hospitality business
• Enjoyment in supporting, promoting and developing people from diverse backgrounds
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as strong organisational and business management skills
• High social competence, strong communication skills and resilience
• Team-oriented personality with a polished appearance
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• No entries in the special private extract; a current certificate must be submitted before starting the position
• Very good written and spoken German skills; additional languages are an advantage
