About the job

The Schürmatt Foundation is a centre of expertise for unique special educational services in the canton of Aargau. We employ around 440 staff at 13 locations. The majority of these are engaged in the education, support and care of people with disabilities.

We are looking for a competent person at the Zetzwil location from 1 February 2027 or by arrangement as

Specialist Responsible / Specialist Responsible Support Business Area Work and Living

Workload 90%

Your main tasks

• You support the management of the Business Area Work + Living
• You coordinate the task allocation in the support of the Business Area Work + Living and take on the professional responsibility in a two-person team
• You participate in various administrative projects and help shape the further development of the area in an innovative and forward-looking manner
• You create presentations and process documentation and handle correspondence
• You take minutes and are responsible for the preparation and follow-up of meetings
• You are responsible for the master data entry of the business area as well as the monthly reporting.
• You organise workshops and events
• You actively contribute to the further development and optimisation of procedures and processes

What you bring with you

• Commercial basic training
• Several years of experience in a comparable role
• Proficiency in the MS Office suite as well as experience in master data maintenance
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Organisational talent as well as responsible thinking and acting
• Enjoyment of networked collaboration within the Work + Living team
• Access to people with disabilities
