You lead the natural garden care department, look after the customers and employees, and organise everything necessary. In addition, you assist the Head of Horticulture and take on various administrative tasks. With your commitment, you are an important part of Artenreich as a whole. You help to advance our company.

You enjoy working in the office, are caring, open, goal-oriented, eager to learn new things, meticulous and precise even in details. You constantly pass on your knowledge and want to support people. You recognise problematic situations early, are dynamic and energetic, have great joy in customers and their wishes, and of course in nature!

You are proficient in office programmes and the gardening profession. You have very good plant knowledge and several years of professional experience, ideally as a customer gardener as well as 2 to 3 years in the office. Ideally, you have completed further training, such as senior gardener, construction supervisor or master gardener.
