Project Manager Ventilation/Air Conditioning

About the job

Your Task

You take on the execution and supervision of demanding ventilation and air conditioning systems and are responsible for the entire project and budget management. During the execution and commissioning of the systems, you accompany the project and handle all project administration. As a competent contact person for our customers, you ensure first-class advice and support, thus guaranteeing successful implementation. In addition, you prepare quotations and calculate the services provided for invoicing and are responsible for the installer team of your projects. Another part of your duties includes participating in construction meetings as well as regular contact with our suppliers to achieve optimal conditions.

Your Profile

• Completed training as a building services planner ventilation EFZ, ventilation system builder EFZ, or comparable qualification
• Experience in ventilation/cooling and project management
• Clean, correct and independent working style
• Team player, flexible and friendly in dealing with customers
• Valid driving licence
• Further training as a technician HF/TS or similar is an advantage
