To complement our team in Materials Management in the Operations Department, we are looking for a motivated and qualified leader as Team Leader Control Centre.
If you appreciate the varied environment in logistics and are a professional in coordinating logistical processes, then we have the ideal position for you! As Team Leader Control Centre with around 9 employees, you have a significant influence on the quality of our logistical processes and are the hub within logistics. Use your expertise to help perfect the logistics around the production of our high-quality electric buses!

Your Tasks

• Organisational and personnel management of the control centre with around 9 employees
• Active assistance in daily operations as well as ensuring and monitoring daily business
• Monitoring of daily accurate bookings
• Timely creation and processing of picking orders
• Close cooperation with internal departments to ensure optimal material disposition for spare parts and production
• Participation in project groups and implementation of process optimisations
• Preparing data from the ERP in EXCEL and formatting it for further processing
• Active support during inventory tasks
• Ordering of consumables and tools

Our Requirements

• Technical basic training in an industrial company
• Further training in the field of process specialist or logistics specialist as well as experience in warehouse logistics
• Organisational talent with a hands-on mentality and leadership experience
• Proficient MS Office skills (especially advanced user knowledge in Excel)
• Very good user experience in an ERP system
• Independent working style and high resilience
• High team spirit and a strong sense of responsibility
• Very good German skills (English advantageous)
