About the job
The Fondation de Nant organises all public psychiatric care in the eastern Vaud region. It fulfils a public health mission at the request of the State of Vaud. Its care services are open to all, children, adolescents, adults and elderly people living in the districts of Aigle, Lavaux-Oron and Riviera-Pays-d’Enhaut. They are provided by Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Educators and other mental health professionals. The Fondation de Nant is a member of the Federation of Vaud Hospitals (FHV), the umbrella organisation of recognised regional hospitals of public interest in Vaud. It is also part of the Haut-Léman Health Network which brings together health partners from the Riviera and Pays-d’Enhaut with those from the Vaud and Valais Chablais. Attached to psychoanalysis through its history, the Fondation de Nant currently identifies with its contemporary developments. The resulting clinical vision is reflected through its practices, training and openness to other approaches.

THE MISSION
Psychologists at the Community Consultation provide outpatient psychiatric and psychotherapeutic consultations for people from eastern Vaud. With interdisciplinary care, they participate in the intensive management of patients presenting a mental disorder associated with a reduction in their psychosocial functioning by offering individual or paired interviews.
WE OFFER
The Community Consultation of the Adult Psychiatry and Psychotherapy Service (SPPA) of the Fondation de Nant, which aims to offer adults outpatient psychiatric and psychotherapeutic consultations. Working within this service means evolving in a dynamic work environment dedicated to the patient, offering psychotherapeutic treatment tailored to each individual.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
A psychologist holding the psychotherapist title (or within 18 months of obtaining it), enabling them to fulfil a specialist role in psychology, psychotherapy and psychopathology. The candidate must have an interest in working in a multidisciplinary team and ideally be proficient in projective assessments. Furthermore, the ability to serve the patient, their colleagues and the institution is important to work as a psychotherapist psychologist within the consultation. Finally, we wish to hire a person motivated by the mission of this unit and who enjoys working in an interdisciplinary team.
