Lead Software Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Together with internal stakeholders, you gather user requirements and propose tailored solution approaches.
- You develop sustainable software changes on the individual output system in direct collaboration with the specialist department and thereby inspire employees outside of IT.
- You make a significant contribution to the further development of the entire IT platform through exciting and innovative implementation projects.
- You quickly take responsibility for entire, jointly defined areas of focus and ensure operations within these.
Qualifications:
- You bring solid knowledge from your IT education, ideally with a degree.
- You have several years of experience in specific IT areas, particularly in requirements engineering.
- You are familiar with an output management system, preferably DocFamily, including document development, and have used XML or JSON, XSLT, XSL-FO, XPath, and SQL.
- You also have experience in programming with JAVA, PHP, or Powershell.
- Project management and concepts of agile software development are familiar to you.
- You are proficient in the German language both spoken and written.
