medi-lan Schweiz ag and its subsidiary medi-lan ag are established Swiss trading and service companies for medical technology devices, point-of-care diagnostics, clinical IT solutions, and medical consumables. We exclusively distribute renowned brand products from internationally active companies.

To expand our internal sales team, we are looking for a committed and motivated:

Internal Sales Clerk 100% (All-rounder with Hub Function)

Your Tasks

• Competent customer advice by telephone and email (handling inquiries, orders, repair notifications, support requests, master data information, etc.)
• Participation in order processing up to and including invoicing
• Continuous maintenance of master data in our ERP solution
• Management of the cash register and settlement of employee expenses
• General administrative tasks (mail, etc.)
• Support with tenders and large projects
• Responsibility for the archive
• Ensuring 100% coverage during team members' absences

Your Competencies

• Commercial basic training and experience in a comparable role
• Native German speaker with good French and English skills; Italian is an advantage
• Good MS Office skills and experience with ERP solutions (SelectLine is an advantage)
• Entrepreneurially minded personality with a convincing manner and strong communication skills
• Independent, reliable, flexible, responsible, and resilient
• Versatile, with medical and technical flair and interconnected thinking
• Industry experience is an advantage
