About the job

We are a non-profit foundation providing care and health services for people from the Wald community and surrounding areas. In the newly opened Rosenthal Centre in 2021, we operate the Rosenthal Care Centre with 130 residents, the Spitex Wald Fischenthal, and rent out 33 serviced senior apartments with our 250 employees.

Your Tasks

• Maintenance and operation of electrical systems, resident call systems, telephony, TV and HVAC(E) components
• Carrying out necessary repairs and orders via ticketing system
• Assisting with the maintenance of outdoor areas and the PV system

What You Bring

• Completed training as a maintenance specialist, EFZ as an electrician, or another craft qualification
• Resilience and strong social skills
• Enjoyment in working with elderly people
• Very good German skills (spoken and written)
• Good MS Office skills
• Willingness to participate in on-call duty
• Driving licence category B
