Role:

You want to not only operate the cloud but actively shape it. As a Systems Specialist Microsoft Cloud & Workplace, you bring local infrastructures into Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 (M365). You consider identity, devices, and network as a coherent whole. Automation is standard for you and not an extra.

Responsibilities:

• You lead migrations of on-premises systems to the Microsoft Cloud and manage the transition technically from start to finish.

• With PowerShell and Bicep, you automate resources and operational processes. Reusable templates ensure consistent deployments.

• You design network components such as virtual networks, NSGs, and hybrid connections. You coordinate firewall and VPN topics in the Fortinet environment with network specialists.

• Furthermore, you configure access in Entra ID, including RBAC, Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Enterprise Applications.

• You manage devices via Intune from enrolment to endpoint security and drive modern workplace solutions forward.

• Additionally, you modernise grown Azure infrastructures through refactorings and analyse complex disruptions across all layers. You use AI purposefully for optimisation.

Qualifications:

• You have worked intensively with Microsoft cloud technologies for at least 3 years and have already transformed environments from your own data centre to the cloud.

• Infrastructure as Code is familiar to you, especially with Bicep, and scripting is part of your daily routine.

• You are confident in platform topics such as compute, identity, and central services.

• Moreover, you understand networks in detail, from DNS and routing to firewalls. Fortinet knowledge is a plus.

• You have a good sense of security, governance, and device compliance, and you approach tasks analytically and structured.

• Additionally, you discuss technical topics confidently in German and are comfortable in English meetings. Ideally, you have certifications in Microsoft 365, identity, or security.
