Usually above the fog in a quiet, rural environment, about 70 children attend the Berg school. We teach in three multi-grade classes from kindergarten to 6th grade - a school community that truly lives collaboration.

Tasks
To strengthen our motivated and small team, we are missing a teacher who accompanies and teaches the children of 2nd - 4th grade (8 / 2 / 11 students) in innovative forms of collaboration (50% - 100%).
Requirements
- You are a trained teacher or currently attending a corresponding training
- have experience leading a multi-grade class
- are a team player, committed, and enjoy working in a small team
- show creativity in lesson planning as well as in school development
- are interested in school developments and innovative ideas
