Your Tasks
- With our clients, you take on assignments in basic and treatment care, taking into account individual needs as well as professional implementation of nursing measures
- You accompany and support nursing assistants, especially in training for professional interaction with residents in typical everyday situations
- You accompany and support the residents in everyday life, promote their independence and assist them with activities of daily living
- You adhere to hygiene and safety regulations according to our internal standards and legal requirements and implement them consistently
- You contribute to administration, logistics and work organisation, material management and structured daily planning
- You assume the professional role and promote teamwork, especially in the interdisciplinary team and in professional interaction with relatives and professionals
Your Profile
- You have completed training as an Assistant in Health & Social Care (mandatory)
- Several years of professional experience in long-term care or home care sector
- You are resilient, flexible and accustomed to working in a team
- You enjoy working with residents
- You are trustworthy and collegial
