Caretaker / All-rounder (m/f/d) 100% Region Rheintal, Sarganserland, Glarus and Graubünden
Do you want to organise your working day independently and take on a lot of personal responsibility? As a technical all-rounder, you look after your own portfolio of properties in the Rheintal, Sarganserland, Glarus and Graubünden region. You identify additional customer needs, actively develop existing mandates further and implement technical orders independently. In doing so, you largely organise your working day independently and report directly to the regional manager.
Your tasks
- You independently process incoming customer reports and technical orders and ensure reliable and timely execution
- You independently manage your own portfolio of properties and ensure the proper operation of technical facilities
- You identify additional customer needs, acquire additional and on-account orders within existing caretaking mandates and actively contribute to their further development
- You prepare calculations and offers for any work required and maintain direct contact with administrations and property owners
- You plan, organise and carry out technical work independently and use materials and external services economically
- You maintain, service and repair technical systems in the areas of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitation and electrical
- You professionally carry out or coordinate sprinkler, fire protection and other technical special inspections
- If necessary, you commission and coordinate external specialist companies and accompany their on-site deployments
- You document and report all work performed carefully and comprehensibly directly to the regional manager
- Within the framework of a regulated model, you take on on-call duties and ensure reliable technical deployment if required
Your profile
- You have completed a technical or craft apprenticeship with a federal certificate of competence
- As a technical all-rounder, you bring manual dexterity, good technical understanding and enjoyment of administrative tasks
- You are characterised by an independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working and are used to taking responsibility for your orders
- You think entrepreneurially, work economically and recognise opportunities to further develop existing customer mandates according to needs
- With your customer-oriented and professional manner, you communicate confidently with administrations, property owners and external specialist companies
- Ideally, you have experience in calculation and offer preparation and possess negotiation skills
- You are comfortable using digital work tools and confidently use common MS Office applications in your daily work
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form as well as a category B driving licence are required
- Due to the extensive area of deployment, you bring a high willingness to travel and flexibility; a company vehicle will be provided
- You are willing to take on on-call duties
- Training as a fire protection and/or sprinkler safety officer is an advantage; alternatively, you are willing to complete the corresponding further training
- Reliability, organisational talent, communication skills and networked thinking complete your profile
