Clerk Order Processing

A leading Swiss company in the construction machinery sector is looking to strengthen the dynamic internal sales team in the Bern region. In this central hub role, you will act as

Clerk Internal Sales & Order Processing (80–100%)

serving customers and ensuring smooth commercial processes. The workplace is in the Bern region.

Main tasks:

• Handling day-to-day business (quotations, orders, invoicing)

• Monitoring deadlines, processes and stock levels

• Supporting the preparation and follow-up of trade fairs and exhibitions

• Interface function between customers, sales and logistics

Requirements:

• Commercial basic training with a technical flair

• Professional experience in internal sales or a similar environment

• Good language skills in German and French

• Numerical understanding, structured working method and team spirit

• English skills and Abacus experience (advantageous)
