Tasks

• You check incoming goods for quantity, temperature and quality
• You report deviations directly to the department management
• You accept deliveries, professionally process returns and empty containers
• You keep the goods flow journal correctly and dispose of recyclable materials in an environmentally friendly manner
• You reliably comply with internal and legal requirements (QS, ASIB, BUWAL)
• You maintain a respectful interaction with drivers and handle equipment carefully
• You create an environment where our customers can easily find their way around, enjoy shopping and communicate on equal terms with professionals
• In addition to ensuring freshness and product presentation, you are responsible for correct labelling
• You ensure the constant availability of our products and regularly carry out inventory checks
• You professionally handle complaints and forward them accordingly
• At the check-out you scan the goods

Requirements

• You have completed training in the food industry (cook, baker, retail, butcher)
• You enjoy providing our customers with a great shopping experience
• You are characterised by your extremely reliable and efficient way of working and are physically resilient
• You are a team player who is enthusiastic about new challenges
• You communicate flawlessly in German
• It is an advantage if you have already completed forklift and/or pedestrian truck training (SUVA standard)
