About the job
Your Tasks
- In this hub function, you are the contact person for telephone and written enquiries from internal and external referrers, patients, and insurance companies
- Therapy planning for patients in the inpatient and outpatient areas of our multiprofessional therapy team
- General secretarial duties such as patient data management and ordering
- Meticulous maintenance of patient records in the electronic patient dossier (KISIM/Navision)
Your Profile
- Ideally, you have a basic medical education or a commercial training with knowledge of medical terminology
- You are a forward-thinking organisational talent with confident German language skills
- Reliability, teamwork, and a pronounced patient- and service-oriented personality characterise you
- You keep an overview even in hectic situations and can set priorities
- You can use common Office programmes proficiently
- You have interest and enjoyment in interprofessional collaboration
- You are willing to cover holiday replacements for your colleagues
