About the job

Your Tasks

In this hub function, you are the contact person for telephone and written inquiries from internal and external referrers, patients, as well as insurance companies
Therapy planning for patients in the inpatient and outpatient areas of our multiprofessional therapy team
General secretarial tasks such as patient data management and ordering
Conscientious maintenance of patient records in the electronic patient dossier (KISIM/Navision)

Your Profile

Ideally, you have a basic medical education or a commercial education with knowledge of medical terminology
You are a forward-looking organizational talent with confident German language skills
Reliability, teamwork, and a pronounced patient- and service-oriented personality characterize you
You keep an overview even in hectic situations and can set priorities
You can use common Office programs proficiently
You have interest and joy in interprofessional collaboration
You are willing to cover vacation replacements for your colleagues
