Clerk for Professional Guardianship

The administration team of the professional guardianship is responsible for asserting social insurance claims and controlling as well as accounting and administrative tasks related to civil law measures. Collaboration takes place with the case-managing professional guardians.

Area of responsibility

• Management of client accounts and execution of payment transactions
• Verification and submission of reimbursement claims in the health insurance sector
• Management of social insurance claims (EL, IPV, NEE, helplessness allowances, pensions, etc.)
• Support of guardians in the administrative area
• File management in the client system
• Participation in the telephone switchboard and reception
• General administrative tasks

Your profile

• Commercial training, preferably in an administrative area (e.g. municipal administration), in the statutory social sector or in the social insurance sector
• Open, communicative and customer-oriented personality
• Experience in accounting
• Good comprehension, flexibility and a networked way of thinking
• Resilient, responsible and reliable
