A local player, Groupe E Tech, thanks to its expertise, is the reference partner for multi-technical projects in the fields of installations, electrical panels and infrastructures, telecommunications, multimedia, solar, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, sanitary, water treatment, as well as maintenance of installations.

Mission :

A true entrepreneur within the company, you take responsibility for the development and growth of the Telecom / IT entity. As the driving force behind business development, you define and implement the strategy to sustainably strengthen our market presence and accelerate our growth.

• You lead the commercial development of the entity and are responsible for achieving growth, turnover and profitability targets.
• You identify new market opportunities, actively develop the client portfolio and build lasting relationships with decision-makers, strategic partners and prescribers.
• You ensure the promotion and marketing of all ICT services (networks, telecommunications, cloud, cybersecurity, digital solutions) to a B2B clientele (industry, communities, companies) and B2C.
• You define and deploy the entity’s development strategy in line with the Group’s orientations, to strengthen its market positioning, increase its visibility, evolve its offer and seize opportunities linked to new trends and technologies.
• You lead, motivate and develop a team of about 10 employees composed of project managers and technical specialists, ensuring a high level of performance, commitment and quality.
• You supervise the execution of complex projects, ensuring compliance with client commitments, quality of services and margin optimisation.
• You foster synergies with other Group activities to develop cross-sales and offer comprehensive solutions with high added value.

Profile :

We are looking for an experienced manager with solid expertise in telecom, IT or ICT fields, capable of operating in a demanding and transforming environment.

• Technical training in the field (computer science, telecommunications, networks, ICT or equivalent), ideally complemented by training in product development or marketing.
• Proven experience in a management role (team, department or entity) with operational and financial responsibility.
• Excellent command of ICT environments: networks, cloud, security, communication solutions.
• Strong business orientation, with experience in commercial development and client portfolio management.
• Good understanding of digital transformation challenges and innovative technological solutions.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, with a strategic vision and the ability to develop a business.
• Natural leadership, with a strong ability to unite, motivate and develop teams.
• Good interpersonal skills and customer service sense, enabling the establishment of lasting trustful relationships.
• Ability to operate in a multi-technical environment and manage transversal activities.
• Proactivity, autonomy and results orientation.
