To strengthen our team, we are looking for an analytically strong, IT-affine and committed individual who enjoys improving processes, working with data and actively shaping new solutions.

In this versatile position, you will work closely with a member of the management team and gain insights into different company areas. You will support business analyses, further develop existing processes and help build new structures and digital solutions.

Your tasks

You will work on diverse projects and issues at the interface of business administration, data analysis and technology. The focus is on improving processes, developing practical solutions and preparing relevant information.

Process optimisation & digitalisation

• Analyse and further develop existing business processes as well as identify and implement improvement and automation opportunities.
• Build and optimise efficient workflows, data structures and digital solutions, for example for internal processes and billing procedures.
• Participate in internal IT, digitalisation and optimisation projects, including the evaluation and introduction of new tools and technologies.

Data analysis & business analytics

• Prepare, link and analyse data as well as carry out plausibility checks and quality controls.
• Build and further develop evaluations, monitoring and dashboards to monitor relevant key figures and identify improvement potentials.
• Support advanced analyses and modelling, for example in connection with service volumes, tariff developments or other business-related issues.

Financial reporting & corporate controlling

• Assist in building and further developing structured internal financial reporting and corporate controlling.
• Create and further develop financial overviews, reports and key performance indicators (KPIs), for example on debtors, creditors and payment flows.
• Conduct business analyses and prepare results as a basis for decision-making for management.

Depending on your interests and development, you will have the opportunity to take on additional tasks and your own projects as well as to familiarise yourself with new topics.

Your profile

Education & professional experience

• Master's degree from a university of applied sciences or bachelor's degree from a university, ideally in business administration, business informatics, computer science, data science, industrial engineering or a comparable field.
• At least 1–3 years of relevant professional experience, for example in business analytics, controlling, business operations, process optimisation or an IT-related field.
• Good business understanding as well as interest in the connection between economic issues, data and digital technologies.

Analytical & technical skills

• Analytical and structured thinking: You recognise connections, can systematically approach more complex issues and develop comprehensible, pragmatic solutions.
• Understanding of data: You have a good basic understanding of how data can be structured, prepared, linked and analysed.
• IT affinity: You are interested in digital technologies and enjoy getting to know new applications and using them for practical problems.
• Good Excel skills: You enjoy working with numbers and data and can prepare and analyse them in a structured way.
• Technical development potential: Initial experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, Power Query or comparable tools is an advantage but not a requirement. What matters is your interest and willingness to familiarise yourself with new methods.
