Exciting challenges await you

• you competently advise and support managers in your areas of responsibility on all personnel-related and labour law matters
• you are a trusted contact person for employees regarding questions about their employment relationship
• you are responsible for care management in your areas of responsibility and support employees and managers in relevant situations
• together with our HR Service Centre, you ensure the smooth handling of HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle
• you actively contribute to HR topics, further develop them, optimise existing processes, and participate in the digitalisation of our HR processes

What distinguishes you for the job

• completed training as an HR specialist with appropriate further education, e.g. CAS/DAS, or an equivalent qualification
• several years of professional experience in a comparable HR Business Partner role
• experience in healthcare is an advantage
• enjoyment in advising and supporting managers at different hierarchical levels
• affinity for digital workflows and modern HR tools
• strong service and consulting skills as well as a good sense for people and situations
• independent, committed, responsible, and solution-oriented working style
• very good German language skills and proficient use of IT applications
