Responsibilities

• Assist the chef in the preparation and creation of dishes.
• Supervise and coordinate kitchen activities in the chef’s absence.
• Ensure the quality and presentation of served dishes.
• Participate in stock management and supply control.
• Comply with hygiene and food safety standards.
• Collaborate with the team to guarantee an exceptional culinary experience.

Qualifications

• Training in cooking or equivalent experience.
• Passion for cooking and culinary creativity.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards.

Hours: Monday to Saturday

9:30 am - 2:30 pm / 5:45 pm - 10:30 pm

Half a day off to be defined

Days off: Saturday evening, Sunday midday and evening
